Several certifications with the Arthritis Foundation has allowed her to give her clients a higher level of expertise when training people with Arthritis. Karen utilizes her skills, knowledge and 20 years of health, fitness and wellness experience when working with her male & female clients.

Pre and Post Natal programs are offered for expecting Moms! Keeping in healthy shape before and during pregnancy is a must! Being mindful of your body and your baby, makes having a child  more rewarding.

Newly designed by Karen!! 20 Minute Trainer...You can get the results you need in just 20 minutes a session 2-3 times per week. All you need to shape your body and people will say "WOW" you did this all in 20 miniutes per session. Most people don't have an hour to workout.
